He is a founding member of Xustiza e Sociedade de Galiza, which is member of his secretariat, and founding member of Irmandade Xurídica Galega.

He contributes regulary in newspapers and specialized magazines, and hi is author of several articles and publications.

His speciality is the Labour Law to the service of the workers as well as self employed workers in agriculture, the sea, salsmen, an so on.

Degree in Law and Graduate of the School of Juridical Practice from the University of Santiago de Compostela (1980-1985).

Author of several courses and conferences and collaborator in several juridical publications.

Member of the Lawyers Board Association of Lugo, and Secretary of his Government from 1995 to 2010.

He directed the consultant’s office of the Sindicato Labrego Galego between 1988 and 1995.

He’s a founding member of Xusticia e Sociedade de Galicia and member of his Secretaryship, and member of the Irmandade Xurídica Galega.

He was awared the “Pedro Gonzalez” Price by the Consello Galego da Avogacía, in recognition of his contribution to the use and diffusion of the Galician language in the Administration of Justice.

He is currently external lawyer of the Savings Bank "La Caixa", and of the mutual insurance ASEMAS.

His professional activity is carried out fundamentally in the fields of the Civil, Mercantile and Administrative Law.
