The law firm FORO AVOGADOS was established on 1 st June, 1989, and its founding members, Xosé Manuel Fernández Varela and Alberte X. Rodríguez Feixóo, continue as titular partners in the present-day.

Since its beginnings, the philosophy that inspires the firm has meant a continuous process of expansion and modernisation, so that its current range covers the broadest spectrum of areas of the Law while maintaining the specialisation that the complexity of modern legal system requires.

In line with this expansion, both in terms of human and technical  resources, and  evolving with the times,  the

firm moved from its original office at calle Quiroga Ballesteros, 7, within the walled centre of the city of Lugo (1989-1993), and transferred to number 4 of the same street (1993-2001); at the present time it occupies three premises on the second and third floor of an emblematic building situated at Ronda de Muralla, 193.

As far as human resources are concerned, the total of nine professionals currently makes up the firm. On the one hand, this allows it to cover the broadest possible spectrum of areas of interest, and, on the other hand, guarantees personalised, specialist attention that is present before any court in all of the judicial seats in Galicia, and, of course, in Spain or the European Union.
